Livestream Coordinator (Part-Time)

Coordinate livestream campaigns by managing product deliveries, supporting streamers in real-time, producing promotional assets, and analyzing post-stream sales to optimize future performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign logistics by liaising with brands and platforms to manage product sample deliveries and collections
  • Schedule and brief streamers on session details and logistical needs to ensure smooth livestream operations
  • Operate livestream backend in real-time by pinning featured items, managing interactive giveaways like "coin drops," and monitoring live GMV for technical stability
  • Analyze live sales data and communicate actionable insights to streamers during sessions to adjust sales pitches based on trending products
  • Design and set up pre-stream promotional materials including digital banners, countdown reminders, and product posters to increase viewer engagement
  • Compile and analyze post-stream performance reports summarizing total sales, GMV, and product-level data to inform future campaign strategies

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, administration, or quality control roles
  • Proficient computer literacy to manage digital tools and communications
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members

Example of Livestream Timings:

  • 11:30am – 2:30pm (3hrs)
  • 2:30pm – 5:30pm (3hrs)
  • 6:30pm – 8:30pm (3hrs)
  • Availability to work weekend evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled
