The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing U.S.-based e-commerce services company that helps consumer brands scale their business on Amazon through technology, automation, advertising, analytics, and operational excellence. Their engineering and operations teams build the internal systems and workflows that enable the company to efficiently support a large portfolio of brands while continuing to grow.
We're looking for a Business Process Automation Specialist to help design, build, and maintain the automation layer that connects business operations across the organization. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify manual processes, design scalable solutions, and implement automations that improve efficiency, reduce operational overhead, and enable smarter decision-making through AI and modern workflow tools.
What you'll do
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Design, build, and maintain automation workflows across Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, and other business platforms.
Develop custom solutions using Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and no-code automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate analysis, document processing, categorization, and other operational workflows.
Improve data quality through validation, exception handling, and workflow governance.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support adoption across the organization.
Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to ensure scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
Your qualifications and experience
Must haves
5+ years of experience in business process automation, systems integration, or process improvement.
Strong experience with Google Apps Script (JavaScript) and advanced Google Workspace tools.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
Experience integrating business systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot, Slack, and Looker Studio.
Experience identifying automation opportunities and translating business needs into practical technical solutions.
Ability to build iterative solutions and deliver MVPs quickly.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English required.
Familiarity with AI tools.
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, SP-API, or Amazon Ads API.
Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini into business workflows.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or operations-heavy environments.
Experience working with AI-powered automation and workflow optimization.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
