We are looking for a responsible and proactive Loading Supervisor<\/b> to manage and coordinate daily loading and unloading activities, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain excellent customer and team relationships. The role requires hands\-on involvement in crane operations, cargo handling, vehicle tracking, and communication with clients, brokers, and drivers for Hyderabad and Chennai locations.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>:
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers to keep them happy.
    <\/li>
  • Follow up on payments and make sure they are processed on time.
    <\/li>
  • Supervise and coordinate the operation of <\/span>PBL\-owned cranes<\/b> <\/span>as needed for specific jobs.
    <\/li>
  • Oversee the loading of <\/span>ODC (Over Dimensional Cargo)<\/b>, making sure it\u2019s done safely and properly.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure all loading and unloading is done according to safety rules and company standards.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare and give <\/span>Billy/LR (Logistics Receipt)<\/b> <\/span>copies to vehicle drivers for shipments.
    <\/li>
  • Track vehicles using the <\/span>GPS system<\/b> <\/span>to ensure they deliver on time.
    <\/li>
  • Provide updates on where vehicles are and their status.
    <\/li>
  • Be ready to travel for client meetings or to supervise operations when needed.
    <\/li>
  • Communicate well with clients and team members in the <\/span>local language<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>Hindi<\/b>.
    <\/li>
  • Work with brokers and site loading charges to ensure smooth loading and unloading of goods.
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with the customer, broker, and driver to confirm vehicle placement, dimensions, weight, and any extra charges (like freight increases or RTO fees).
    <\/li>
  • Update loading and unloading details in the company\u2019s software system.
    <\/li>
  • Collect and manage penalty documents, and keep <\/span>Account Executives<\/b> <\/span>updated on any necessary deductions.
    <\/li>
  • Confirm customer calls are scheduled, and if own vehicles are unavailable, work with brokers to verify vehicle details (like RC, PAN) before proceeding with placement and loading.
