Location: Malta

Overview:

The Customer Service is responsible for handling loans, solving customer requests and assisting them in the loan. Your role will be in Customer Service with the many opportunities to develop you career into other areas of our business. Engaging with customers by phone / email ensuring the best customer service protocols are provided. You will be required to be comfortably fluent in Spanish.


Role:


  • Helping / Advising Customers in Loan Repayment Process.
  • Assisting Customers with their Loan Repayment Schedules.
  • Answering all questions and queries via Phone, Chat, SMS or Email.
  • Focused on enhancing the overall customer experience and promoting other potential products across our business.
  • Most importantly, putting the customers at the 'heart' of everything we do.

Competencies / Skills:


  • Written and Verbal Fluency in Spanish & English
  • Focused and target driven, competitive and eager to deliver excellent customer service.
  • You like working in an international company with many different cultures around you.
  • Previous experience of working in any customer contact role by phone or directly.
  • Previous specific Debt Collection or Customer Service experience in any industry would be a plus.
  • Good negotiation skills would be a plus.
  • Passion for helping people and making our customers feel important / special.
