The Loan Operations Specialist position will prepare closing documentation for loan closings across the First State footprint. Proficiency with computers, as well as the ability to work independently, is a must.

  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship between the market personnel and the support staff.
  • Work with team members on complicated requests to find the best solution for the customer and the organization.

Accountability

  • Utilize LoanVantage and LaserPro to process and prepare loan documents for the closing packet.

  • Monitor pipelines to watch and prepare for upcoming deadlines.
  • Embrace organizations vision, mission and values and strive to implement those in all that you do.

Adaptability

  • Frequently communicate with market personnel to assist with questions regarding policy, procedure, regulations and computer program help.
