What’s the role?

You’ll join Westpac as a Local Business Banker based in Albany in Western Australia, Boorloo, Noongar Country, working full time from a local branch with the flexibility to be out in the community.
This is a role where you’ll genuinely make a difference to local small businesses. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with customers and referral partners, helping them with both Home Lending and Business Lending needs. You’ll be embedded in the local market, finding opportunities to grow your customer base through networking, community connections and referrals.
You’ll work proactively and independently, creating great experiences for customers while growing your portfolio. Whether you’re in branch or out meeting customers, you’ll be focused on building trust and delivering the right outcomes every time.
What do I need?

• Experience in Small Business and or Home Lending
• Ability to generate new business within a local market
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• A customer focused mindset with a drive to deliver great outcomes
• Sound organisational skills and confidence working independently
