Local Feasibility Lead for Nordics and Poland (Cell Therapy)
Local Feasability Lead Nordics and Poland
Do you see feasibility as the lever that shapes trial design, site selection and recruitment success? Are you ready to turn data, local insight and cross-border collaboration into predictable delivery that speeds cell therapies to patients who need them most?
As Local Feasability Lead Nordics, you will provide end-to-end oversight of feasibility activities for internally delivered cell therapy studies across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland. Acting as the single point of contact for local feasibility, you will transform early signals into clear, actionable guidance that enables optimal study design, right country/site allocation and sustainable recruitment baselines. You will partner closely with regional feasibility, country SMM teams and stakeholders across site partnerships, program management, patient operations and R&D to standardize tools, surface risks early and ensure quality decision-making. Reporting to the Director Feasibility, Cell Therapy, you will help translate a ground-breaking pipeline into trials that start strong and deliver reliably.
What you’ll do
Lead all stages of local feasibility assessments for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Poland as the single point of contact, delivering on time and with quality to key milestones (including LSI and Patient Recruitment Framework objectives).

Collaborate across SMM (LSADs, SMM LT, CRAs) to develop risk and mitigation plans; manage contingencies, escalate issues promptly and drive timely action.
Ensure smooth transition of feasibility learnings by transferring key data to local study teams at handover, enabling rapid, focused activation.
Support and drive global and local initiatives that streamline feasibility, recruitment and retention processes; champion practical changes that remove friction and improve predictability.
Maintain awareness of policy, marketplace and technology trends affecting clinical recruitment; translate insights into improved local practices and decisions.
