Logistic Admin Support
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates between Sales and Warehouse on order processing.
- Work with internal teams to make sure delivery requirements are met.
- Work on special processes or requirements specified in the order.
- Coordinate with shipping team on arrangement of shipments and pasting of airway bills to the cargo.
- Preparation of Packing List and commercial Invoice for the shipments.
- Arrange with forwarder to come and pick up the cargo for delivery through AIR, SEA and Land transport
- filing of documents and perform task upon request from her supervisor
- Work with forwarders to get the best quote for the freight arrangement
Job requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma / GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
- Possess strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, forwarders, and shipping personnel.
- Basic knowledge of shipping processes (Air, Sea, and Land) and documentation such as packing lists and commercial invoices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
