Logistic Analyst Officer

Responsibilities

•  To assist in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and identifying opportunities to reduce lead time
•  To identify opportunities for improvement including cost, quality, and service of customer needs.
•  To coordinate internal customer for site performance improvement
•  To support logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of warehousing
•  Develop improved methodologies for analysing client data.
•  Improve the effectiveness of operational processes.
•  Help achieve the overall departmental goals.
•  Collect information for regular site porting to Head Office and others as required.
•  Support operation and drive operation running smoothly.
•  Assist in the development and measurement of KPI’s for the site
•  Support implementations in project management, process improvement, data analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
- 0 – 5 years in experience of warehouse experience and or inventory management
- Supervisory skills
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Warehouse operations
- Excellent service orientation
- Coaching and on-the-job training skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Workable English language skills
- Computer literacy, and proficient in MS office application (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Fair of knowledge and skills of Warehouse Management Systems
