Logistic Coordinator

Inventory & Stock Management<\/b>

- Receive, verify, and record incoming stock.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
<\/span><\/li>- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and report discrepancies.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Record Keeping & Documentation<\/b>
<\/div>- Maintain proper logs including GRN, stock transfers, inward/outward registers.
<\/span><\/li>- Update system or Excel sheets with stock movement details.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensure all records are neat, accurate, and up\-to\-date.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Packaging & Handling<\/b>
<\/div>- Pick and pack orders based on order sheets.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure proper packaging standards to avoid damage during transit.
<\/span><\/li>- Label packaging and follow safety & quality guidelines.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Shipping & Dispatch<\/b>
<\/div>- Prepare parcels for shipping and coordinate with courier partners.
<\/span><\/li>- Generate invoices, shipping labels, and documentation as required.
<\/span><\/li>- Track dispatched shipments and update the system accordingly.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Warehouse Maintenance<\/b>
<\/div>- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
<\/span><\/li>- Follow material handling procedures to avoid damage or safety hazards.

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Skills & Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/div>- Minimum 0\u20131 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
<\/span><\/li>- Basic knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
<\/span><\/li>- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
<\/span><\/li>- Ability to lift and move goods safely.
<\/span><\/li>- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
