Customer Service Coordinator
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $2,500
Working Days: Mon to Fri: 9:00am - 5:30pm; Alt Sat: 9am - 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Preparing of shipping document and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Performing of general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe working environment.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
