Logistic Customer Service (up to $3000)
Location: Jurong
Working hour: Mon - Fri (8am - 530pm)
Duties:
- Receive, process, and validate Purchase Orders (PO) in the system in accordance with SOPs
- Prepare, issue, and manage Delivery Orders (DO) for outbound shipments
- Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and logistics partners to arrange deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries via email or phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
Requirement:
- Require some lifting if required (up to 10kg)
- 1 year experience in customer service dealing with PO/DO
