LOGISTIC PROJECT OFFICER

Responsibilities

  • Plan and control product deliveries to meet customer schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and overseas transportation, including shipment tracking.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Control logistics costs and minimize unnecessary expenses.
  • Maintain and update data in the SAP system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers to support changes in derlivry plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain operations.
  • Knowledge of import-export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Please note: Employees are required to arrange their own transportation, as the company does not provide a shuttle service.
