LOGISTIC PROJECT OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Plan and control product deliveries to meet customer schedules.
- Coordinate domestic and overseas transportation, including shipment tracking.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Control logistics costs and minimize unnecessary expenses.
- Maintain and update data in the SAP system accurately.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to support changes in derlivry plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain operations.
- Knowledge of import-export documentation and Incoterms is an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Please note: Employees are required to arrange their own transportation, as the company does not provide a shuttle service.
