Logistic quality and packaging specialist (HcP/LOG)

1. Logistic material flow-Value Stream Design (VSD)

  • Review current flow and improve actively (including Problem-Solving)
  • Coordinate with relevant department to improve Logistic quality
  • Review and improve Logistic Bosch Production System (BPS) processes

2. Document-Management

  • Coordinate for the Logistic audit processes
  • Improve LOG BPS system, following plant roadmap
  • Processes change management

3. Project-Leader regarding quality, supplier management

  • Run improvement projects (System-CIP) to implement new standards
  • Prepare, train and stabilize process, before handover to line-organization (Point-CIP)
  • Implement projects according to LOG-roadmap

4. 5S/14Q/CIP

  • Seek for Continuous Improvement opportunities
  • Support and promote Quality-initiatives (5S/14Q)

5. Value stream Review, update LOG Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Value Stream Design (VSD)

6. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Education:

  • Bachelor of industrial engineering or Logistic

Work experience & Skills:

  • At least 3 years in process engineering or logistics-process management
  • Effective Communication both Vietnamese and English
  • Problem solving (basic)
  • Quality management system
  • Project management
  • SAP
