Logistics and Export Coordinator

Position Summary:
Logistics and Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and commercial operations, including invoicing, export documentation, and logistics coordination. The role ensures compliance with export processes, efficient dispatch planning, and accurate reporting (MIS/BOM) to support smooth and timely order execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export sales
- Handle all export-related formalities and compliance
- Negotiate with forwarders for export freight
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate MIS reports
- Plan, implement, and oversee logistics operations including transportation
- Ensure proper packaging of dispatch materials
- Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and LR copies
- Manage courier operations and coordination
Desired Characteristics:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or export documentation
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
- Experience with invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordination
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
