Logistics and Export Coordinator

Position Summary:

Logistics and Export Coordinator will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales and commercial operations, including invoicing, export documentation, and logistics coordination. The role ensures compliance with export processes, efficient dispatch planning, and accurate reporting (MIS/BOM) to support smooth and timely order execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for invoicing and documentation of domestic and export sales
  • Handle all export-related formalities and compliance
  • Negotiate with forwarders for export freight
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and generate MIS reports
  • Plan, implement, and oversee logistics operations including transportation
  • Ensure proper packaging of dispatch materials
  • Prepare sales invoices, e-way bills, and LR copies
  • Manage courier operations and coordination

Desired Characteristics:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or export documentation
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation
  • Experience with invoicing, e-way bills, and logistics coordination
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
