What you'll own:<\/b>
<\/p>- Order dispatch \u2014 confirm, pack, and hand off to courier within 24 hours of a paid or COD order
<\/li> - Courier management \u2014 daily tracking across TCS, Leopards, PostEx, or Trax. Escalate failed deliveries before the customer complains
<\/li> - Multi\-vendor coordination \u2014 manage relationships across multiple courier partners so we are never dependent on one COD provider
<\/li> - COD reconciliation \u2014 track cash\-on\-delivery payments due, received, and outstanding. Weekly reconciliation sheet
<\/li> - Returns & RTO handling \u2014 manage return\-to\-origin rate, identify root causes, reduce it. Every returned order costs us two orders
<\/li> - Order verification \u2014 confirm order accuracy before dispatch. Wrong quantity leaving the warehouse is not acceptable
<\/li> - Customer order communication \u2014 proactively inform customers about order status and delays. The customer should never have to call us first
<\/li> - Stock visibility \u2014 maintain real\-time inventory count per SKU. Alert on low stock 10 days before runout
<\/li> - Shopify order management \u2014 update fulfillment status, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations daily

Requirements<\/h3>
Must have:<\/b>
<\/p>- 2+ years in e\-commerce logistics or 3PL operations in Pakistan
<\/li> - Experience with at least 2 major couriers \u2014 TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax
<\/li> - Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets \u2014 COD tracking is non\-negotiable
<\/li> - Has handled 50+ daily orders without supervision
<\/li> - Understands how Shopify fulfillment works
<\/li> - Has managed courier escalations and knows who to call when a delivery fails
<\/li><\/ul>Strong plus:<\/b>
<\/p>- Experience specifically in skincare, FMCG, or personal care brands
<\/li> - Has built or improved a returns management process
<\/li> - Knows how to negotiate courier rates as volume grows
<\/li> - Has set up a multi\-vendor courier system and managed split volumes
<\/li> - Familiar with WhatsApp\-based customer dispatch communication
