Logistics Coordinator - Kaki Bukit ($2300 - $2600 / 5 days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound inventory operations, including verifying and tallying incoming stock against relevant documentation
• Process inventory data and update records in the system
• Generate delivery orders (DO) and coordinate with appropriate payment modes
• Handle distribution of virtual goods (e.g. software licenses)
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow:
• Procurement: resolve stock discrepancies and ensure proper warranty alignment
• Finance: coordinate required documentation and payment-related matters
• Sales: supporte stock movement and usage tracking
• Arrange order fulfilment schedules for in-house drivers
• Generate and maintain organized logistics report
• Perform general administrative duties, including documentation and filing

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Logistics Executive or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel (Word, Excel, Outlook)
