Logistics Coordinator (Marine / Vessel Coordination) | Up to $3,500 + AWS + VB
Company Overview
Our client is a well-established marine engineering company supporting vessel operations and offshore logistics in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vessel schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
Arrange receiving, inspection, packing, and dispatch of materials
Track shipment status and follow up on delays or discrepancies
Plan and manage delivery to vessels (e.g. via vehicles or launch boats)
Maintain accurate delivery tracking and documentation records
Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
Support urgent delivery and operational requirements when necessary
Requirements
Experience in logistics, coordination, or a related field
Forklift license and/or Class 3 driving license preferred
Basic computer proficiency (e.g. Microsoft Office)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to work overtime when required
Additional Information
Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), Saturday half-day
AWS and Variable Bonus
Company transport provided
Exposure to marine / offshore logistics operations
