To manage the team members in implementing importation and PDI, rework related operations and projects in VPC Shanghai and conducting quality audits and driving continuous process improvements.

- Organize the team members and service providers to follow the established processes and implement the operations in Shanghai port and VPC. Conduct monitoring and checks on the daily operations mainly including importation and inspection, port handling, vehicle movements, Pre Delivery Inspection, vehicle rework, and communication with related externa and internal parties. Report the updated status of importation, PDI and rework operations to central office on daily basis.

- Conduct transport damage check and reporting, identify areas to improve and implement improvement measures; conduct insurance claim for transportation damages until vehicles pass PDI.

- Following requests from central team to implement new processes： standards or periodical campaigns. Monitor, track and report the results, interprets those technical programs' impact on the sales.

- implement on site process checks and audits, conduct performance evaluation on service providers at Shanghai port and other ports as well, analyze figures and findings, identify variances, potential risks or areas to be improved . Propose, implement and monitor improvement or rectification actions.

- Monitor KPIs of service providers, monthly present KPI reports and key issues, optimize operation processes to ensure business efficiency.

- Assist in audits conducted by Headquarters' quality management teams， illustrate the VPC operation processes and details, implement improvement suggestions, Join quality management meetings and workshops.

- Patriciate Importation, PDI ＆ rework relevant projects, organize and participate project meetings and trips with relevant interna and external parties, implement the project decisions and fulfill the project tasks and timeline.

- Jointly set up the comprehensive technical criteria for Importation, PDI & rework service tenders and participate supplier evaluation, define the business requirements and standards for the services contracts.

- Participate business meetings with service providers, follow up with aftersales, purchasing, financial or IT， etc. departments to clarify the processes and requests, or even solve disputes during the cooperation with service providers.
