At Harmony Funeral Care, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to support our funeral operations team. This role combines logistics, venue setup, and operational support to ensure every farewell is carried out with professionalism, dignity, and care.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and prepare wake venues and funeral spaces
  • Transfer deceased persons between hospitals, homes, funeral parlours, and crematoria
  • Decorate and arrange wake spaces according to service requirements
  • Deliver ceremonial supplies, equipment, and materials to funeral venues
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of company equipment and vehicles
  • Support the operations team during funeral services and related events

Requirements

  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (mandatory)
  • Comfortable driving vans and handling logistics duties
  • Physically fit and able to carry equipment when required
  • Responsible, punctual and can work independently
  • No experience required; training will be provided
  • Prior experience in logistics, events, facilities, or funeral operations will be an advantage

Note that this is a 6 day work week role, with one off day and one standby work day.
