Main functions

· Coordinate end-to-end logistics processes, including booking freight, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.

· Liaise with freightforwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to facilitate smooth cargoclearance.

· Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and Letterof Credit (LC) documentation for overseas customers.

· Utilise SAP to manage stock levels, process purchase request and POs. purchase orders (POs), and maintain accurate inventory data.

· Assist the Sales team by creating quotations, preparing sales orders, service call and delivery orders in SAP.

· Monitor and manage inventory, including regular stock, warranty items, loan items, and rental items, ensuring proper tracking and documentation.

· Track warranty claims and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

· Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on shipment, inventory, and asset status.

· Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in any field; logistics or supply chain background is advantageous but not mandatory.

· Fresh graduates arewelcome; training will be provided.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

· Good communication skillsfor working with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to start work onshort notice.

· Familiarity with SAP is an advantage but not essential.
