Responsibilities:
Shipment coordination with Chinese suppliers that are on online platform
Shipment coordination with suppliers to maximize freight savings
Liaise with suppliers for invoices to be submitted to system
Co-ordination with subcontractors
Responsible for creating/posting of ASN (Advance shipment notice) /GRN (Goods receipt note) in Dynamics 365 F&O system for receiving purposes.
Requirement:
At least 1 year of relevant logistics or shipping coordinating experience
Knowledge of shipping procedures, customs regulations and logistics
Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
