Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately to ensure timely billing and documentation
  • Assist in booking shipments and managing schedules to coordinate with logistics partners efficiently
  • Support the preparation and sending of freight quotations to clients using provided templates
  • Proactively follow up with customers and agents to maintain smooth shipment flow and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records to support office operations and contribute to overall workflow efficiency
  • Assist in general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and support the logistics team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel, to handle documentation and data entry
  • Ability to work independently by following clear processes and instructions
  • Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and logistics partners
