Salary: Up to $3500 (Gross)

Working Day&Hours: 5 days (Office Hours)

Office Location: Jurong East

1 year Contract (Contract Renewable is subjected to performance)

Job Duties:

• Prepare invoices, packing lists and shipping documents for overseas customers.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and shipment arrangements.

• Support logistics team with administrative coordination and other ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Required to have a Forklift certification

• Prior experience coordinating with vendor warehouses and freight forwards.
