Position Overview
Working within Mycronic’s Global Technologies division, within the Precision Testing business line atg Mycronic About us, the Logistics, Order Processing, Warehouse, and Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in securing smooth and reliable operational processes for our new Thailand organization.
This role is responsible for coordinating imports, warehouse activities, customer order processing (O2C), and supplier invoice handling (P2P), functioning as a central interface between our aftermarket team in Thailand, the Taiwan Finance and Order Processing teams, and the Service & Logistics teams in Germany.
Beyond logistics, the role oversees daily office operations and general administration to ensure full compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This includes managing facilities, reception, property safety, and maintenance, as well as administrative projects. Additionally, this position supports travel arrangements- such as VISA, tickets, and accommodations- and performs other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned.
The ideal candidate is structured, hands-on, highly organized, and comfortable working in a developing, fast-moving environment.
Compensation
Base salary: 40,000–55,000 THB per month.
Annual bonus: Equivalent to one (1) month’s salary (13th month).
Other benefits: Reimbursements for work-related expenses and overtime (OT) based on submitted reports.

Key Responsibilities
Import & Logistics
Manage the full import process for spare parts delivered from Germany, including documentation, customs coordination, and communication with logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with Thai customs requirements and monitor inbound shipment lead times.
Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving goods, stock accuracy, cycle counts, and preparation of outbound shipments to customers.
Order Processing / O2C
Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system (Glovia).
Coordinate deliveries, prepare delivery documentation, and provide accurate data handover to Taiwan Finance for invoicing and revenue recognition.
Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely customer communication.
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Register supplier invoices (local and intercompany), coordinate approvals, and forward documentation to Taiwan Finance.
Track deliveries, align GR/IR, and maintain communication with local vendors and service providers.
ERP & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Participate in initial onboarding and ERP training in Taiwan (Glovia workflows for O2C, P2P, and inventory management).
Work closely with Taiwan Finance for accounting, order processing, and reporting topics.
Collaborate with Germany (Service & Logistics) on demand planning, parts availability and worldwide shipments.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in logistics, import/export, warehouse operations or order fulfillment.
Experience in customs clearance or communication with freight forwarders is an advantage.
Background in order processing or customer service is highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of O2C and P2P processes.
Strong computer literacy: ERP experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment.
Office operations and general administration
Manages daily operations and support with local administrative and regulatory matters, acting as a local point of contact for administrative topics.
Purchase, contract, invoice, and general office administration
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, equipment maintenance, reception services, property safety, and general office upkeep.
Develops and implements organizational policies to ensure compliance with regulations and alignment with company goals.
Coordination with external service providers (e.g. payroll / Manpower).
Supports travel arrangements, including VISA documentation, tickets, and accommodations.
Performs other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience in finance, administrative, and contract management
Strong knowledge of Thai regulatory and legal requirements
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and friendliness
Ability to work independently in a startup-like environment
Languages
Fluency in English (required).
Chinese/Mandarin language skills (strongly preferred due to close collaboration with Taiwan).
Thai native language skills (required).
