La/il Logistics Tender Sr Manager, sotto la supervisione dell’Head of Finance, è responsabile della gestione delle gare ospedaliere, delle attività di Order to Cash (OTC), e della supervisione delle operazioni svolte dal provider logistico esterno.

Responsabilità principali

Gestione in completa autonomia dell’intero processo di partecipazione alle gare ospedaliere, presidiandolo end‑to‑end nel rispetto delle normative applicabili, coordinando il team per garantire la preparazione e la sottomissione puntuale delle offerte commerciali e assicurando la corretta gestione dei contratti, dei rinnovi e delle eventuali modifiche.

Gestione del processo Order to Cash (ordini, spedizioni, fatturazione, incassi, resi e programmi non commerciali), garantendo l’aggiornamento dei sistemi ERP (anagrafiche, accordi, listini) e il coordinamento con Finance su temi fiscali e contabili e operazioni.


Supervisione delle attività di magazzino e distribuzione, assicurando il rispetto dei KPI, la disponibilità dei prodotti e la continuità del flusso logistico, inclusi serializzazione e bollini.
Gestione di gare, offerte commerciali e accordi, in linea con le decisioni di business, garantendo il rispetto dei processi amministrativi e il monitoraggio dei bandi.


Responsabilità del processo di recupero crediti e monitoraggio dei KPI finanziari (DSO), in collaborazione con Finance.


Gestione e sviluppo del team, con attività di coaching, valutazione delle performance, talent management e promozione di una cultura orientata all’etica, collaborazione e ai risultati.

Requisiti

  • Laurea o esperienza equivalente.
  • Essenziale consolidata esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di gare ospedaliere, con responsabilità diretta sull’intero processo
  • Pregressa esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di customer service e order to cash
  • Conoscenza dei flussi logistici nazionali e internazionali.
  • Pregressa esperienza/attitudine nella gestione e/o coordinamento di risorse e progetti interfunzionali complessi.
  • Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di leadership.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.
  • Autonomia, proattività e capacità di lavorare in contesti cross-funzionali e globali.
  • Capacità di operare in situazioni complesse e ambigue.
  • Conoscenza di aspetti normativi, codice appalti e gare ospedaliere.

Il ruolo richiede il pieno rispetto delle normative interne, degli standard etici e legali (incluso codice AIFP), nonché la corretta gestione di eventuali segnalazioni relative a sicurezza e qualità dei prodotti.

Compensation package:

  • Annual Gross Salary: €69,000 – €92,250. This salary range reflects the full-time base salary we expect to offer for this role at the time of posting. The base salary will be determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skills acquired in the role.

The Tender Sr. Manager, reporting to the Head of Finance, is responsible for managing hospital tenders, overseeing Order to Cash (OTC) activities, and supervising the operations carried out by the external logistics provider.

Key Responsibilities

Full ownership and autonomous management of the entire hospital tender management process, overseeing it end-to-end in compliance with applicable regulations, coordinating the team to ensure the timely preparation and submission of commercial offers, and ensuring proper management of contracts, renewals, and any amendments.


Management of the Order to Cash process (orders, shipments, invoicing, collections, returns, and non-commercial programs), ensuring the proper update of ERP systems (master data, agreements, price lists) and coordination with Finance on tax, accounting, and operational matters.

Supervision of warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring compliance with KPIs, product availability, and continuity of the logistics flow, including serialization and labeling requirements.

Management of tenders, commercial offers, and agreements, in line with business decisions, ensuring compliance with administrative processes and monitoring of tender procedures.

Responsibility for the credit collection process and monitoring of financial KPIs (DSO), in collaboration with Finance.

Team management and development, including coaching, performance evaluation, talent management, and fostering a culture focused on ethics, collaboration, and results.

Requirements
•Degree or equivalent experience.
• Essential: proven experience in the management and coordination of hospital tenders, with direct responsibility for the entire process.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating customer service and order-to-cash activities.
• Knowledge of national and international logistics flows.
• Previous experience or strong aptitude in managing and/or coordinating complex cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong results orientation and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, with a proactive mindset, in cross-functional and global environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Knowledge of regulatory aspects, public procurement code, and hospital tender processes.

The role requires full compliance with internal regulations, ethical and legal standards (including the AIFP Code), as well as proper management of any reporting related to product safety and quality.
