Overview<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span> Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a <\/span>Logistics Project Manager<\/span><\/b> for an\nupcoming potential requirement at Peterson Space Force Base. This role will\noversee comprehensive logistics operations including supply management,\ntransportation coordination, and accountability across multiple classes of\nsupply. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational leadership,\ncompliance oversight, and process improvement experience within a complex,\nregulated environment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>

  • Lead and oversee daily logistics\n operations in alignment with contract requirements, applicable federal\n regulations, and customer expectations<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage supply chain activities\n including inventory control, storage, distribution, and transportation\n coordination across multiple supply classes<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor workflows and allocate\n personnel resources to ensure timely, efficient, and mission\-aligned\n execution of all logistics functions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure all contractual\n deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality and performance\n standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Implement and maintain a Quality\n Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with material management, safety,\n and security requirements<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Track, analyze, and report key\n performance metrics; identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement\n initiatives<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and\n workforce management in accordance with applicable labor agreements and\n company policies<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Manage fleet, equipment, and\n material handling operations in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/local\n regulations<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accountability of\n government or customer\-managed property, ensuring accurate documentation\n and reporting of all transactions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develop and submit regular\n reports including workload metrics, performance indicators, and\n operational highlights<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure proper procedures are\n followed for receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials\n and supplies<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Evaluate and improve logistics\n processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Oversee personnel training and\n certification programs to ensure workforce readiness and compliance with\n required standards<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct periodic inspections of\n facilities, operations, and personnel performance to ensure adherence to\n policies and best practices<\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Support development and\n implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and\n contingency/emergency response processes<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics,\n Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or\n equivalent experience)<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • 5+ years of experience in\n logistics, supply chain, or operations management<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Demonstrated experience managing\n multi\-functional logistics or supply operations in a highly regulated\n environment<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Strong knowledge of inventory\n management, transportation coordination, and accountability processes<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience with performance\n metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, and\n other applicable safety and regulatory standards<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proven leadership skills with the\n ability to manage teams and prioritize competing operational demands<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency with logistics,\n inventory, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems<\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Preferred Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • Military Experience supporting\n Military logistics operations strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience supporting federal or\n DoD logistics operations<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Project or program management\n experience in a contract environment<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Knowledge of government property\n accountability systems and reporting requirements<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience working in a unionized\n workforce environment<\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
