Logistics & Supply Chain Officer (Engineering / Elevator Industry)

💰 Salary: Up to $3,600
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:45pm

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Executive to support project-based procurement and logistics operations within the elevator industry. This role is ideal for candidates with experience handling technical or project parts from procurement through to site delivery.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle inbound shipments, including coordination of delivery schedules and documentation
• Manage marine insurance claims and documentation where required
• Liaise closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal project teams
• Track and monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery to project sites
• Review existing logistics processes and propose improvements for cost efficiency and operational effectiveness
• Support end-to-end logistics coordination from purchase order (PO) issuance to site delivery

📌 Requirements

• Experience in handling project-based parts ordering (PO to site delivery)
• Familiar with logistics operations in engineering, construction, or industrial sectors (elevator industry is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience with SAP system is required
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments/projects
