Long-Term Addiction & Recovery Campus Manager
Campus Program Manager, Men\u2019s Recovery Program<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada (ATCCC) is a Christ\-centered ministry providing long\-term addiction recovery support. We are seeking a Campus Program Manager who will lead our men\u2019s residential program, ensuring a safe, structured, faith\-based environment where students can grow, heal, and succeed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Position Summary<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> The Campus Program Manager provides daily leadership to program staff and students, oversees program delivery and accreditation standards, maintains a safe living environment, and supports vocational training and ministry activities. This role includes pastoral engagement, student support, operational oversight, fundraising involvement, and collaboration with multiple departments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Lead staff, students, and volunteers within the in\-residence program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Oversee program schedules, classes, chapels, work therapy, events, and graduations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain student records, intake and discharge documentation, academic and vocational progress tracking.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ensure building safety, maintenance, fleet oversight, and compliance with provincial codes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support family engagement, admissions, and hospitality for incoming students.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Uphold accreditation requirements, curriculum standards, and reporting systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Participate in fundraising activities, campus events, and partnership development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide pastoral support consistent with ATCCC\u2019s Christian mission and values.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Required Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Teachable attitude and commitment to collaboration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Able to model Christian character and participate in prayer, discipleship, and ministry activities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Ability to mentor others and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and care.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Comfortable working with web\-based systems and reporting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Class 5 driver\u2019s license.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Willing to pursue ministry credentials (FCA or pre\-approved equivalent) if not currently held.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Faith Alignment Requirement<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> This role requires alignment with the Christian beliefs and ministry expectations of ATCCC, including active participation in prayer, discipleship, and faith\-based community life within the program.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
