ECE Substitutes, Inc. is hiring a dependable early childhood teacher for a long-term classroom placement in Edina, MN.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a more consistent classroom experience instead of occasional day-to-day substitute shifts. The selected candidate will support one early childhood classroom over an extended period of time, helping maintain routines, support children, and assist classroom staff.


What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Support the daily classroom routine,
  • Assist children during learning, play, meals, rest time, and transitions,
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment,
  • Follow the direction of the lead teacher or center leadership,
  • Engage with children in a warm, patient, and professional manner,
  • Support classroom activities and age-appropriate learning experiences,
  • Communicate professionally with staff and leadership,
  • Arrive on time and remain dependable for the long-term assignment.

Qualifications
