Lot Coordinator is a position responsible for managing inventory of vehicles, personal property, and responsible for intake of new vehicles and compliance requirements.

  • ability to work outside for long periods in all weather
  • attention to detail
  • experience in inventory

Responsibilities

  • Creating itemized property lists
  • taking pictures using smart phone or tablet
  • Account for all vehicles and personal effects
  • Ensuring compliance as it relates to position
  • uploading forms to company database
  • Monitor and report property concerns to management
  • Releasing property to Owners
