Sentara Health is hiring a LPN Coordinator in Harrisonburg, VA!
Job Description:
Assists the practice management team in coordinating the clinical staff and work environment to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Provides clinical direction to nursing staff and clinic support staff, monitor clinical competencies and develop work schedules for clinical staff. Assists Practice Manager in evaluating annual performance review for clinical staff.
Up to 8k Sign-on Bonus for qualifying candidates!
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8a to 5p
Required qualifications:
- Two years of nursing experience Required
- Active LPN VA or Compact License Required
- Trade School Graduate- Licensed Practical Nurse Required
- BLS and AED Certification Required
