LPN/RN: 7p-7a Shifts

Available Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts (7pm-7am)

• LPN = $32.00/hr base pay
• RN = $40.00/hr base pay
• 2nd shift differntial = $0.75/hr
• Overnight shift (7p-7a) premium = base pay + $4.00/hr
• No PRN positions available at this time

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and completes nursing rounds

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in Tennessee required
• At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
