Responsibilities:

Adhere to company security procedures and escalate any perceived breaches to the supervisor.
Assist and mentor less experienced testers.
Attend monthly mentoring and goal-setting sessions with the Line Manager.
Ensure bugs, flaws, and issues are accurately documented in English and propose corrections to facilitate fixes.
Inform Supervisors of any issues that may slow down, stop, or improve testing progress as early as possible.
Maintain strong teamwork by sharing relevant information and contributing to group targets.
Present a professional and responsible image when interacting with clients and keep senior staff informed of communications.
Complete assigned tasks accurately, thoroughly, and within specified timeframes to identify and report bugs, software flaws, and design issues.
Perform testing duties and ad-hoc translation tasks when required.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Experience in a Localization QA (LQA) environment.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Familiarity with a variety of bug databases.
Basic familiarity with console, mobile, and PC setup and settings.
Knowledge of LQA submission requirements testing (compliance).
Familiarity with online test management systems.
