Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company security procedures and escalate any perceived breaches to the supervisor.
- Assist and mentor less experienced testers.
- Attend monthly mentoring and goal-setting sessions with the Line Manager.
- Ensure bugs, flaws, and issues are accurately documented in English and propose corrections to facilitate fixes.
- Inform Supervisors of any issues that may slow down, stop, or improve testing progress as early as possible.
- Maintain strong teamwork by sharing relevant information and contributing to group targets.
- Present a professional and responsible image when interacting with clients and keep senior staff informed of communications.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately, thoroughly, and within specified timeframes to identify and report bugs, software flaws, and design issues.
- Perform testing duties and ad-hoc translation tasks when required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in a Localization QA (LQA) environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in standard business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Familiarity with a variety of bug databases.
- Basic familiarity with console, mobile, and PC setup and settings.
- Knowledge of LQA submission requirements testing (compliance).
- Familiarity with online test management systems.
