  • Inventory\nAccounting & Control<\/span><\/span><\/b>:\nMaintain accurate records for bulk and packed lubricants across multiple\nwarehouses and distribution points.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Stock Reconciliation &\n Variance Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>:\n Perform daily, weekly, and month\-end stock reconciliations between physical\n counts and ERP balances.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    o<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Investigate\nvariances (production losses, handling losses, pilferage) and escalate\nunresolved issues promptly.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    o<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nand report stock losses against approved thresholds.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Product Costing &\n Production analysis<\/span><\/span><\/b>:\n Compute and maintain standard and actual product costs (base oil,\n additives, packaging, blending, logistics).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      o<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Analyze\nproduction variances and yield losses to support operational efficiency.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p>

      o<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Support\nperiodic review of cost assumptions and bill of materials (BOM).<\/span><\/span>

      • Margin\n& Forecasting Analysis<\/span><\/span><\/b>:\nMonitor product profit margins and prepare cost performance reports to support\nmanagement in pricing and budgeting decisions.<\/span>

        • Sales Reconciliation<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Review and reconcile\n lubricant sales transactions across various channels to ensure all revenue\n is accurately captured and posted.<\/span>

        • Receivables Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Monitor customer balances\n and support the follow\-up of outstanding receivables to ensure healthy\n cash flow.<\/span>

        • Compliance & Financial\n Reporting<\/span><\/span><\/b>:\n Prepare periodic financial reports on sales and stock positions, ensuring\n all records comply with regulatory standards and supporting annual audit\n processes. <\/span>

        • Data Integrity<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Ensuring the accuracy and\n completeness of all inventory and financial data within the company\u2019s ERP\n system.<\/span>

        • Stock Loss Control<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Monitoring and\n controlling stock losses to ensure they stay within approved company\n thresholds.<\/span>

        • Valuation Accuracy<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Ensuring lubricant\n inventory valuation aligns with established principles, such as FIFO\n (First\-In, First\-Out).<\/span>

        • Audit Readiness<\/span><\/span><\/b>: Maintaining meticulous\n documentation of all transactions to facilitate smooth internal and\n external audits.<\/span>

          Requirements<\/h3>

          QUALIFICATION\nAND SKILL REQUIREMENTS <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p>

          • Bachelor's\ndegree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Professional\nqualification such as ACCA/ICAN or equivalent\- completed or in progress<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • 1\-3 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>years of experience in accounting roles within the oil and gas, retail\nmanufacturing, or FMCG (Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods) sectors.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Strong\nunderstanding of inventory accounting and cost control<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Analytical\nmindset with the ability to detect anomalies and leakages<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Proficiency\nin ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Excel<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • High\nattention to detail and strong reconciliation skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
          • Ability\nto work in a fast\-paced, operational environment<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
