  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 8\u201310 years lubricant or downstream oil and gas commercial experience, including 3+ years in management.

  • Strong knowledge of lubricant markets and commercial operations.
    <\/li>
  • Proven sales strategy development, revenue growth, and market expansion experience.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    <\/li>
  • Analytical, data\u2011driven decision\u2011making capabilities.
    <\/li>
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
