Luxury Client Advisor @ Changi Airport / Downtown
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented Client Advisor to join our luxury retail team at Changi Airport/Downtown. As the face of the brand, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service within a fast-paced travel retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalised customer service to international travellers, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through professional selling techniques and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, including CRM outreach and after-sales service.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation adhere to brand guidelines.
Handle cash register operations, tax-free processes, and airport retail protocols.
Support stock management, including receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
Uphold all airport security and company compliance standards.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in luxury fashion, watches, or jewellery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Well-groomed, professional, and confident in engaging with high-net-worth and international clientele.
Sales-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Flexible to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays (airport retail operates 24/7).
Must be eligible for Changi Airport pass clearance. (Applicable for Changi Airport side), Downtown not required.
