We’re looking for a Local Sales Manager who will take the Edmond spa to the next level, focusing on treatments, service packages, and skincare products. You will inspire your in-spa team, track daily sales, and implement strategies that consistently achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach the in-spa sales team to exceed goals

• Develop and execute upselling techniques for treatments, packages, and skincare

• Track daily net sales and provide actionable feedback

• Maintain a positive client experience and team engagement

Candidate Profile:

• Energetic, persuasive, and results-driven

• Prior sales experience in any industry

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Compensation & Tax Info:

• Base pay: $3,000/month guaranteed

• Commission discussed during interview

• W9/1099 – responsible for own taxes; W2 may be considered based on performance

Work Schedule:

• In-person, 4 days per week

• 8–10 hours per day
