What You’ll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience

  • Advise customers on product features, latest trends, styling recommendations, and watch technicalities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques when appropriate

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring displays are organized, attractive, and aligned with brand image

  • Assist with inventory management, including replenishment and proper record keeping

  • Handle customer questions, resolve concerns, and conduct follow-ups professionally

  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve store performance and customer satisfaction

  • Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns when required

What You Bring

  • 2 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry is a plus

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and able to present yourself professionally

  • Passion for luxury watch timepieces
