As a PRN LVN member of our Internal Resource Pool, you will be the connection between compassion and clinical excellence – wherever patients and teams need you most. You’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts, between 200 and 900 hours per year (12 months from hire). From Labor & Delivery and Emergency to Med Surg, Telemetry and more, you’ll work across diverse clinical areas while supporting the exceptional care Community is known for. Working under the direction of an RN and alongside multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide direct patient care that promotes comfort, safety and healing.
- Assist the RN in assessing and monitoring patient conditions while delivering treatments and medications within the LVN's scope of practice.
- Support care coordination by documenting accurately, communicating patient changes and ensuring continuity across shifts.
- Maintain a safe, organized environment by managing equipment, supplies and infection control standards.

- LVN - Current State of California Licensed Vocational Nurse License required
- 1 year of nursing experience and competency in area required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
