M&E Coordinator

Job Description

  1. Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project requirements and construction schedules.
  2. Coordinate M&E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants regarding work progress to ensure works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulations.
  3. Prepare M&E work programs and submission schedules.
  4. Prepare and plan all drawings required to meet submission deadlines.
  5. Draft plans and detailed drawings based on sketches and prepare combined services drawings.
  6. Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E works to ensure quality standards are met.
  7. Provide support and arrange all necessary inspections as required.

Job Requirements

  1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry.
  3. Good knowledge of local M&E standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Candidates must have HDB/BTO project experience within the last 5 years.
