M&E Coordinator
Job Description
- Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications to monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project requirements and construction schedules.
- Coordinate M&E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants regarding work progress to ensure works are carried out in accordance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulations.
- Prepare M&E work programs and submission schedules.
- Prepare and plan all drawings required to meet submission deadlines.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings based on sketches and prepare combined services drawings.
- Supervise, monitor, and inspect all M&E works to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide support and arrange all necessary inspections as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the local construction industry.
- Good knowledge of local M&E standards and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have HDB/BTO project experience within the last 5 years.
