M&E ENGINEER
Roles and responsibilities:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 Years of Local Experience with Main Contractor in both commerical and institutionl building Projects.
- Able to communiate with consultants and contractors on technical matters
- knowledge in local codes of practice
- Well experinced in making shop drawings.
- Experience in managing A& A projects independently
- Making M&E plans and drawings.
- Overseeing M&E Installation
- Troubleshooting M&E Issues.
- Ensuring M&E Safety
- Commissioning M&E Systems
- Budgeting, Estimation, and Purchase of M&E Components
- Testing and Installation of Systems
- General M&E Maintenance
- Working on High-Voltage Lines and Equipment/ and Mechanical ACMV Equipment URU system,chiller system
- Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
- Work closely with site supervisor on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
- Attend weekly or monthly meeting on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
- Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
