M&E QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Job Description

• All Contracts administration works

• Preparation of plans, contracts, budgets and other documentation

• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise

• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages

• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers

• Liaise with the Procurement Department to ensure that all material are procured in accordance with the project schedule

• To monitor and keep track of the project expenses and try to optimize the project profit.

• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.

• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.

• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract and subcontract final accounts.

• Risk analysis evaluation

• Feasibility studies

• Any other adhoc duties when required.


Job Requirement

• Possess degree/diploma (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building/ Quantity Surveying) or similar

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in Construction industry

• Good written communication skills

• Good track record

• Able to work on multiple projects, within simultaneous timeline
