M&E Residential Technical Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation works on site, ensuring

compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes of practice.

• Monitor site progress and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and project

teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.

• Maintain comprehensive site records including inspections, testing reports, defect

rectification, work progress, material usage, and safety documentation.

• Conduct inspection, testing, and commissioning of lift systems.

• Inspect and verify electrical systems including Main Switch Boards (MSB),

Distribution Boards (DB), busbar systems, lighting, power points, and mechanical

fans.

• Inspect lightning protection systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Oversee inspection and testing of ACMV systems including Chilled Water (CHW)

units, Fan Coil Units (FCU), ducting, and Mechanical Ventilation (MV) systems.

• Inspect sanitary and plumbing systems to ensure proper installation and functionality.

• Inspect fire protection systems including sprinklers, hose reels, fire alarm systems,

and related safety installations.
