Mac System Validation EPM (Engineering Project Manager)

A snippet of our team, we are responsible for providing end-to-end validation, testing major system features and ensuring they meet validation criteria prior to production. In this role, you will need to understand the risk and complexity of new hardware and software features and work with teams to complete validation plans. You will lead engineering teams to not only test but partner with engineering domain experts to develop mitigation paths forward, and clearly communicate validation status, top issues, and customer concerns to the project core team, along with senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications BS degree in Engineering required, Electrical Engineering preferred 5+ years of project management experience Additional experience with consumer electronics or electrical engineering Preferred Qualifications 5-7 years of proven experience in Program Management or Hardware Engineering and engaging in multiple different teams Directly led product development cycles of Hardware Validation Leadership skills and ability to engage and drive issues with collaborators Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
