Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary
As a machine learning engineers, you will work closely with architects, data engineers, and software developers to ensure our model are robust, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art NLP models and algorithms

Participate in research initiatives to explore novel approaches in NLP and machine learning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into our products

Catch up with the latest advancements in NLP and ML, applying new techniques to improve our technology

Qualifications

Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field

2+ years of industry experience in developing and deploying NLP solutions

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Expertise in various NLP tasks such as text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and machine translation

Experience with deep learning architectures like Transformers, BERT, and GPT

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.

Experience with other data types like image, audio, video and so on.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
