Machine Operator

Pay: Starting at $18.00-$19.00 (DOE)
Shift: Second Shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Occasional overtime as needed)

At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands-on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines
Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing
Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions
Perform quality checks throughout the production process
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards
Complete required quality assurance documentation
Perform minor machine maintenance as needed
Communicate any scrap, defects, or concerns to leadership
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable working with hands in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow safety guidelines and operating procedures
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to pass a 50 state background check and drug screen
