Macro Space Planner

We are currently looking for a Macro Space Planner to join our team someone who can bring together data, insight, and design to help shape how our stores perform and feel.

The Opportunity

In this role, The Macro Space Planner will play a key part in ensuring our store environments are both commercially effective and customer focused. Partnering closely with cross functional teams, you will:

  • Model space, sales, and profit implications for significant allocation changes, delivering clear, actionable recommendations

  • Develop accurate and timely floorplans while collaborating with Retail Operations to ensure compliance and operational excellence

  • Support the development and implementation of scenario modelling strategies to maximise GMROF, across formats, demographics, and clusters

  • Analyse store performance, providing insight-led recommendations following openings and refits

  • Work closely with Store Design to review fixture plans and optimise layouts based on data-driven insights

  • Contribute to large-scale space optimisation projects, ensuring the most effective use of each store footprint

How you will make an impact:

You are someone who enjoys working at the intersection of analytics and execution comfortable influencing stakeholders and translating data into meaningful outcomes.

You will have:

  • Experience with Blue Yonder, Spaceman, CAD, or similar space planning tools

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders

  • A solid understanding of how business strategy translates into operational delivery

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining a high attention to detail

  • Having a practical understanding of working in a retail environment would highly desirable
