Job Scope

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls
Recommend suitable domestic helpers based on customer needs
Arrange and coordinate helper interviews
Prepare and process required documentation
Follow up on applications and ongoing cases
Coordinate deployment and onboarding arrangements
Maintain proper records and case updates

Requirements

CEI Certification is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage administrative duties and follow-ups efficiently
Prior maid agency experience will be an advantage
Responsible, organised, and able to multitask
