Maintenance Analyst (Corporate DOH)

The Corporate DOH Analyst is responsible for supporting short and mid term strategies definition related to our DOH areas: Maintenance, Energy and Indirect Material (consumables).The role ensures support for developing training material, tools and methodology to be applied throughout all Regions in ACIM, being the central point of knowledge for DOH topics.Responsible for supporting global impacting initiatives and supporting the regions in achieving their YoY and medium term targets.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConsolidation of Maintenance and Energy KPI’s at ACIM level on a monthly basis;Creating and standardizing all training material, methods and tools related to Maintenance and Energy Management;Act as a support for global initiatives related to any DOH topics;Support the definition of top-down targets and strategies by connecting ACIM Executive targets with the DOH impacts;Support the Regional teams with knowledge, and the development / follow up of short and mid term action plans;Sharing best practices related to DOH projects among ACIM;Lead the ACIM plan for Energy Efficiency Improvement and Asset Maturity Development; Responsible for consolidating all asset management related information coming from the Regions.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEngineering Degree or similarGood maintenance knowledge; Spreadsheets (Excel, G Sheets, etc); Presentation skills (PPT, G Slides, etc); Project management (medium level). Desirable requirements:Lean Manufacturing knowledge (WCM, 3Q6S, Kaizen tools, AM/PM); Energy management knowledge (ISO 50000, carbon footprint, projects implementation); SAP PM/MM.
